Thinking of hosting a Mastermind
Hello Why Alberta Now readers…
I hope you’ve found my newsletter valuable.
When I started this newsletter, my intention was simple:
Give you the information I would want if our roles were reversed.
.
It’s this commitment I’ve made that pushed me to:
Write original contents that can’t be googled or found on social media
No B.S. fluff or contents that’s just regurgitated from something else
No AI to “create” contents that anyone can do it themselves
.
Based on the readers’ feedback, I believe I’m on the right track:
I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for your latest post. I found it extremely useful and helpful. I also have been in the stock market for more time spent in Real Estate. Yesterday, did shake and wake me up…..for lack of better words. I have also been through the cycles starting in 2008. It’s been an interesting journey.I agree with your statements. One I have enjoyed learning from my mistakes and gain. - Reader Traci D.
Great read Eric!! And yes, I got stuck!! I was doing really well until a family member said one comment to me and all of a sudden I got emotional …I experienced FOMO and regret the buy!! So instead of living in regret I decided for the last 14 months to educate myself, network, and understand real estate cycles :). - Reader Tammy C.
Worth the read, thank you for such good insight. - Reader Marcia V. W.
Great post Eric. Being over leveraged in real estate definitely creates problems in any market except the crazy multiple offer type…. Any time a real estate asset HAS to be sold (for whatever reason) can also create a loss. - Reader Kathy V. D.
.
People have reached out to me privately asking me for various advice on the markets, real estate, marketing strategies, mindset, etc.
As you can imagine, as much as I would love to get on a call or grab a coffee with everyone, I simply don’t have the luxury of time given how much is going on with my real estate investing business.
.
Here’s something I may be open to consider - To host a 1 day paid mastermind with me for a small group of people I enjoy to be around with.
I wanted to keep it small to ensure it is valuable for the participants.
You can call it my style: It’s very important to me that whoever pays me for my service finds great value and satisfaction.
It’s how I like to do everything.
This is why I prefer to host a small mastermind of around 5-10 people only.
Comparing to the big mastermind where the participants get limited time to work on their challenges / problems, my intention for every attendee is to ensure they leave with a solution to their problem or challenge.
Sounds good?
.
One more thing, I like working and helping people who are serious about growing their own wealth and business.
People like myself.
Action takers either recognize this is valuable or it’s not. I’m not going to spam people with emails every day on this to get people to join.
If you’re interested, fill out this form and I’ll let you know if I decide to host it:

Thanks for reading my work.
As always, happy investing!
Eric Chang
