With the increasing attention given to Greenland from the current US administration, increased media exposure of the world's largest island with only around 56,000 residents, I decided to shift my focus of Alberta real estate to the massively untapped potentials in Greenland.
Similar to the trends we saw resulting in the boom in Alberta real estate in the past 3 years, the massive increase population - drives up demand, with an asset class like real estate which takes a long time to build - increase supply, this is what's called an Inelastic Supply.
This is what drives big price gains in real estate. Whenever there's a surge of demand, it will take time for the supply to catch up and creating a new supply-demand balance.
Understanding this can make you a wealthy investor.
With all the attention Greenland is getting, and the potential for US buying the island, a smart investor makes their move before the dust is fully settled.
This is why I'm making a move, to change the Why Alberta Now to Why Greenland Now.
To bring my readers, people like you the news and opportunities about Greenland.
If you missed the Alberta boom in the past few years, don't miss your chance on Greenland.
What are the chances that our regular publishing schedule landed on April 1st?
I don't know when the next time this will happen. I'd better take advantage of this.
All jokes aside, I do want to take this opportunity to share a big update to the Why Alberta Now newsletter.
I started the newsletter last year, coming up to 1 year anniversary.
This was what I wrote about this newsletter when first started:
I (Eric Chang) believe Alberta is in the midst of a historic real estate bull market that will put the previous boom to shame. [...]
Alberta has the highest average income in Canada, even higher than BC and Ontario!
Yet, Alberta has one of the lowest property prices.
Calgary has climbed a bit, but still low compared to other major cities in Canada.
While real estate has boomed in many markets across Canada, Alberta got left behind...
You may have noticed, I have been writing and presenting more and more on the market and economy
Those topics are more interesting to me and I believe sharing my interpretations of the data points and charts is bringing more value to my readers, people like you, than keeping a narrower focus on "Why Alberta Now".
I'm here because of you!
People who have attended my presentations or replying to the newsletters have told me how much they appreciated the way I "translate" a complex economic data or chart into concepts they can understand.
With that in mind, I decided to change this newsletter to "7 to 8 Figure Investors”.
This new name will better reflect the type of newsletters I enjoy writing.
What to expect with 7 to 8 Figure Investors?
Most things will stay the same:
* Same Tuesday publishing schedule
* Same writings from 100% yours truly with no AI
* Same no BS approach to share with you my thoughts on what's going on with the economy and market
I have said this before, my intention for this newsletter is to publish contents as if our roles were reversed.
Which means, I wanted to put out information and education the way I would have wanted to read.
Not regurgitated or often times, contents made up by AI.
Contents that look forward and connect the dots of where the economy and market may be heading.
Contents that help make sense of the seemingly chaotic financial world when in reality, if one knows where to look, it's not that random at all.
Contents that just makes sense!
When is the change taking place?
It will happen over the next few weeks.
I will keep you updated.
Wanted to give you a heads up to keep an eye out on the new name.
In case you don’t recognize what “7 to 8 Figure Investors” is when the email lands in your inbox in the coming weeks.
Thank you for reading my newsletter.
Thank you for the feedback you sent me.
I read all of your emails. They help guide me on what to write and what to share with you.
We’re entering a new environment with the market and economy.
I intend on doing my best to help you navigate through this volatile time.
As always, happy investing!
If you like my work, I invite you to share it with others.
